2009 Printable National Invitation Tournament (NIT) Bracket
Those teams whose bubbles burst on selection Sunday will still live to play another day. The long standing National Invitation Tournament are for those teams that weren't quite good enough to earn a spot in the Big Dance. Also invited to the NIT are teams that won their regular season conference title, but failed to win their conference tournament. Definitely a step down from the NCAA Tournament, but another chance for seniors to end their careers on a high note in Madison Square Garden.
